My Project

My fabulous students love using their iPads. I often utilize the love of tech in library class by giving them a choice of which read aloud to listen to online. We read most of our state award nominee picture books together, but sometimes I let the students choose between two or three options! This lets them choose something of interest to them and is more likely to engage reluctant students.

As you can imagine, this leads to some loud, chaotic minutes!

Students are good sports and will often find their own quiet area to settle down and focus, but without headphones, this task is really difficult for them... especially the younger ones. By helping provide headphones for my students, you are helping them focus, learn, and grow into even more fabulous learners!
