My Students

My students walk into our classroom every day full of life, ready to learn, and excited for what is in store for them that day. I want them to know I believe in them and they can do anything they put their minds to with hard work and effort.

I teach at a Title I school in New York City where 100 percent of our students receive free breakfast and lunch.

My students are eager to learn and do their best. They want to be in school because they want to learn all they can so they can be successful citizens both inside and outside the classroom.

My Project

Our school is currently using PBIS and Gold Slips to reward our students. Our students have previously shopped at our school store at the end of the year. We need sports supplies, books, and other fun items to reward students who have done the right thing all year.

The donations to this project will help to show our students that it’s good to CARE: show good Citizenship, Achievement, Respect and Effort!!!

Our students are enthusiastic learners who come from various backgrounds. Our school provides a place for students to feel safe and loved, and this project will help us immensely!
