In the Yearbook and Videography Club, I've been able to demonstrate professional editing techniques in real time, side by side with students, without the lag that used to interrupt the flow of learning. For the first time, I feel like my tools match my ambitions as a teacher.\r\n\r\nBut the moment I keep coming back to happened on a Tuesday afternoon in the club room. One of my students — a junior who had never considered herself \"a creative person\" — was editing footage from a school event on her own for the first time.
