My Students

My students are made up of many different backgrounds and learning abilities. One thing they all have in common is their love of learning and creating art. This year, some students will learning remotely full time and others will be learning through a hybrid model (In-school and at-home)

It is important for our students to have lessons while they are remote, and I have the materials to help them create art for their social-emotional well being during these times.

My Project

Social emotional well being and the arts is always so important for students but now more then ever. During blended learning, I am creating videos for students who are learning remote. I create these videos of guided drawing lessons.

The document camera will help me to give my young artists a better view and guide them through the project we are working on.

Each week, we look at a new artist, element of art, or literature connection to focus on. It is important for me to reach students with quality art lessons while they can not be physically with me. So far, the lessons have been successful, however, a document camera will help me to take it to the next level.
