My Project

The specific items requested, such as costumes, sets, and technical equipment, enrich our students' learning by providing hands-on experience in design, construction, and performance. These resources facilitate a deeper understanding of storytelling, character interpretation, and stagecraft, fostering both artistic and technical skills.

Our students are special because of their enthusiasm, dedication, and diverse talents.

They bring energy and passion to every rehearsal, demonstrating a commitment to excellence and a willingness to support one another. Their creativity, resilience, and spirit of collaboration make them invaluable members of our school community, and we are proud to support their growth and success through projects like Seussical Jr.

Our goals for this project include:

1. Educational Enrichment: We aim to provide a comprehensive theatrical experience that goes beyond performance, offering opportunities for students to explore various aspects of theater production, including design, technical operations, and performance skills.

2. Personal Growth: Through participation in Seussical Jr., our students will develop confidence, teamwork, and communication skills as they collaborate with peers to bring the production to life. They will learn to embrace challenges, take creative risks, and persist in the face of obstacles.

3. Community Engagement: We aspire to create a vibrant cultural event that brings our school community together, fostering a sense of pride and unity among students, families, and staff. By inviting families to share in the joy of live theater, we strengthen bonds and create lasting memories.

Dr. Jalil will only receive their materials if this project is fully funded by August 2.
