My Project

Expand the minds of kindergarten students in Sapulpa, Oklahoma by lighting up learning with a light table! The light table will be used to implement engaging activities as we explore and develop our skills in literacy, math, science, and so much more. A light table would make such a difference in the kids learning by allowing us to use our visual senses. The light table can be calming to children while they interact with the glow of the light table. The light table will be added to our center rotation and will be used in the classroom daily!

A light table will bring our learning to life with an engaging, multi-sensory approach.

With the addition of a light table, children will be able to use, build, and manipulate materials in an exciting way. With the addition of a light table sensory tray, we will be able to discover sensory experiences with light and shadows. The manipulatives will be used with the light table for patterns, letter recognition, number recognition, and so much more!
