This project is part of the Black History Month celebration because it supports a Black teacher or a school where the majority of the students are Black.
My Project
"Lifelong Memories", is a project that I would love to do with my students . I expect students to develop a deep understanding of empathy, compassion, and sympathy toward their peers. Through the immersive experience provided by this project with technology, students will have gained valuable insights into the power of perspective-taking and the role it plays in fostering positive social interactions and building a more positive and cultural school climate.
Students should be introduced to the importance of empathy, compassion, and sympathy toward one neighbor.
This project aims to leverage the immersive experience of a drone and digital eposter signage display technology to foster empathy, compassion, and sympathy among students and their peers. By providing a platform for students to step into the shoes of others and view the world from different perspectives, the project seeks to promote understanding, tolerance, and kindness in a school setting and environment. Students will share their reflections and creative works with their peers, fostering dialogue and understanding the importance of showing compassion toward man kind. Students will capture scenes from their daily lives, focusing on moments that evoke empathy or compassion towards others as an evaluation. Yes, there will be a guideline rubric in place to see if students met the objectives of the project.
