One of the standout moments was when we used the modeling clay to build 3D cell models during our science unit. Each student created their own version of a plant or animal cell, using different colors of clay to represent the nucleus, mitochondria, cell membrane, and other organelles. It was incredible to see how hands-on modeling helped them grasp the structure and function of each cell part in a way that simply reading from a textbook couldn't.\r\n\r\nWhen the students first saw all the new materials, their excitement was contagious. They were especially curious about the mini fridge and timer clock—asking thoughtful questions and coming up with creative ways to use them in class. The fridge now helps us keep snacks and science experiment materials fresh, while the timer clock is being used during group work and station rotations to keep students on track and teach time management in a visual, kid-friendly way.\r\n\r\nThanks to you, our classroom feels more alive with curiosity and creativity. Our next steps involve expanding our science unit with more hands-on experiments, including using timed observations for plant growth and food preservation, tying in both the timer and mini fridge.
