My Project

My students do best with hands-on activities. I plan on using the files and file organizer to create a space where they can work on different activities such as alphabetical order, organization of priorities, filing information to help them be successful in their adult years. My students are very bright and work really hard. However, the funding is not there to provide these hands-on activities for career activities.

My students work really hard on their social emotional learning.

It is a huge part of my classroom and the focus is always the students. I like to provide them with opportunities to try different activities to self soothe. The washable sensory balls would be a great way for them to center themselves and self regulate.

I work at a high school. My students are capable of joining our community and being an asset.

They would be very very appreciative to have adult skills being practiced as they go through this journey.
