Life Cycle Fun!

Help me give my students a live and interactive science project, by being able to observe the life cycle of a chicken in our very own classroom.

My Students

I have a wonderful group of 3rd graders! They have a love for learning that is contagious, and I can always count on them to try their best.

My students are very inquisitive and curious about everything that we learn in class.They are eager to learn new things, and to fully immerse themselves into our lessons.

They are very good about asking questions, helping each other, and staying positive.

I am grateful to be their teacher, and hope to give them all of the tools that they need to have a bright and successful future!

My Project

My students have been learning about living things in our classroom. It would be a great support to them to be able to view a life cycle in their very own classroom.

Of course they hear and talk about life cycles in school, but it would be very powerful and memorable to them to be able to see a life cycle up close and personal!

This will also benefit the student's writing, as they will be keeping a science journal and writing about the different stages of the life cycle after observing the chicks.

Every year the entire 3rd grade hatches chicks as a project, and my class would love the opportunity to participate in this project with them! In order for my wonderful students to participate in this project, they are in need of an incubator, and a feeder to feed the chicks when they are hatched.

We would be so grateful for your donation so that we could turn this project into a reality.
