This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.

My Project

Our library is making moves! We are in the process of revitalizing a previously unused library space and our students are so excited! We are now developing a game and craft studio to engage our creative and enthusiastic students! Our students will develop their social skills while playing board games and card games. The Cricut materials and craft supplies in this project will be used to stock our makerspace studio and provide our students opportunity to expand their creative abilities and create things together. The magnetic letters and pictures will be utilized by some of our students with disabilities to engage in to group storytelling and writing.

With the addition of these specialized accessories, our students will have access to unlimited creative possibilities that will elevate their skills and engagement to new heights!
