This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.

My Project

My students are an incredibly talented, resilient, and driven group of young people. Attending an underserved school means facing systemic challenges and often lacking access to the cutting-edge technology that other districts take for granted. They are collaborative by nature, highly creative, and absolutely light up when given the freedom to design, program, and build. They have limitless potential, and they deserve an inspiring, modern space on campus that rewards their hard work and nurtures their digital talents.

We are on a mission to build a "LevelUp Lounge"—a dynamic, collaborative space where students can bridge the gap between education, technology, and community.

The five televisions requested in this project will serve as the technological foundation of this lounge, functioning as interactive media hubs rather than just passive screens.
