This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because
it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.
My Students
While in school we are a small group of budding learners. Now we are a scattered bunch of online budding learners. We went from our routine and active engagement to online working at our own paces and when we can.
Although we are separate I stay in contact with all of the students and their parents.
We are making the best we can. The students were able to get a chromebook from the district to start engaging in online work. My students have been getting packets until recently.
My Project
My students are all at different academic levels. For my students it would be great to have a fast computer like a Surface Pro to create work in the G-Suite for my students to do. I would also like to build a base of online activities for each student.
Each student needs individualized learning that helps them practice what they know and start exploring new concepts.
Eventually it is my goal to have Google Meets or something similar either small group or the whole group. We are all embracing the new learning style one day at a time.
