My Project
Our adult special education transition program is creating a Nintendo Switch Gaming Center to promote social engagement, teamwork, and movement-based activities! Video games provide an exciting and interactive way for our students to build friendships, practice problem-solving skills, and engage in physical activity with games like Just Dance and Mario Kart.
With your support, we can provide our students with a fun and inclusive gaming space that encourages collaboration, communication, and critical thinking while also helping them develop fine motor skills, reaction time, and decision-making skills.
Many of our students thrive in hands-on, interactive learning environments. The Nintendo Switch provides a structured and engaging way to practice turn-taking, sportsmanship, and motor coordination while also creating an opportunity for community-building and friendship.
