My students need an iPad and cover, rug, filing cabinet, and other resources to engage them and make learning fun!

I am an interventionist for a low income/poverty stricken school district. Our school has chosen the Istation program to monitor students progress. The students that come to me are at our lowest level. We consider them critical. The majority of my students want to learn, they are just so far behind their grade levels that they get frustrated and act out. There are many days that I will not see them for being suspended or they are placed in in-school-suspension for their behavior. Some of their stories are not even fathomable to most of us. Their home lives are comparable to those you see in a movie. Most of them just want someone that will care. These babies hold a very special place in my heart. Once they leave the elementary, I follow their progress and make sure they keep traveling the right path.
Every teacher has their flashcards. We write on the board and hand out the black and white worksheets. My students are in need of more. It is difficult enough to keep their attention. These interactive items will give them the opportunity to be more hands on and with items they have never experienced before.
Benjamin Franklin said, "Tell me and I forget, teach me and I remember, involve me and I learn." This quote has stuck with me for years.
We can talk all day, but the truth is that kids now days need interaction. With all of the social media and technology, they have lost social skills, even at the young ages in elementary.
I would appreciate any help in making my room more social. I want my kids to learn from me, but in a way that is best for them. The Ipad will be the final technology piece to assist them with their Istation learning program. The rug will be for them to sit together and interact with each other, without crowding around a desk or walking around. The power pen and instructional books/cards will engage them in the lessons that they struggle most in. For the intervention classes that I have, we are required to keep a lot of paperwork, which is to be locked up. I currently do not have a filing cabinet, and the drawer of my desk that locks is full. The filing cabinet will assist me in having these items ready for any RTI or ARD meeting. Again, thank you for any support you are able to give.
