My Project

My students have the desire to belong and contribute to something greater than themselves, a truth and concern for each moment in time. My students are worthy of all things, especially a high school experience that draws out and develops their genuine love of the arts.

Being involved in the process of creating art has the potential to do more to prepare a student for life than anything academic ever could.

Every day my students foster creativity and gain confidence, both on the stage and off of it. They believe in the power of collaboration and learn how to persevere, how to problem solve, and how to hold themselves accountable. My students believe that when they engage in creating something collaboratively, the needs of the many truly outweigh the needs of the few or the one.

Spring Musical season is in full swing across America’s high schools. Plays can be tremendously complex undertakings and often require new materials. These costume pieces will be used directly by our student actors in the production, as we strive to foster their creative learning via participation in the arts. The batteries are needed to power the microphones. Thanks for supporting my students today especially during Theatre-In-Our-Schools month!
