This project will help my students with Science and Math. The students will learn that these two subjects are very closely related. The students will learn about measurements, mass, density, etc. It will also be fun for the students to weigh different objects in the classroom.
Math and Science can be a lot of fun together!
The students will have an opportunity to use critical thinking and solve problems. They will actually do the work that real scientists and researchers do in the real world. It is important for the students to prepare for the future. This project will enable my class to connect Science and Math and learn more about their similarities.
The students need more lessons doing hands-on activities and projects. The equipment will allow my students to do more research related to Math and Science. They will see which objects weigh more than others. The students can determine what will be the outcome for some of the experiments and lessons.
The students will be their own "scientist" and draw their own conclusions, helping them to develop valuable STEM skills.
The Triple Beam Balances would be a great learning tool in the Science classroom. The students will be able to weigh objects that they use everyday. There are so many things that we can relate to the real world. This project will show the students that Math and Science are closely related.
