My Project

Our school is a positive learning environment where all students, grades K-5, learn, play, and grow every day. These students come to school every day eager to learn. Every day is a chance to learn and we strive to create a learning environment where each child can grow and succeed. Our school believes in Every Child, Every Day. We do everything we can to meet the needs of every child, every day.

My school participates in a school-wide behavior program called PBIS, which stands for Positive Behavioral Interventions and Support.

This gives our students positive rewards for Being Ready, Being Respectful and Being Responsible.

Our students earn bulldog bucks for demonstrating good behavior, then they can trade in those bulldog bucks for prizes. Recently, we received a book vending machine. Students can use their bulldog bucks to earn tokens that will allow them to select a new book from the book vending machine.

This project will help us stock the book vending machine with books! We are excited to be able to offer students a variety of books that will appeal to many interests across the grade levels.
