Let's Stir Up Some Fun in Cooking Class

Help me give my students new cooking pots, liquid measuring cups, and dessert spatulas.

My Project

Life skills are taught every day at our junior high school. In cooking class, students use basic recipes to learn more about the world of cooking. They learn how to prepare food, cook and bake food, and how to effectively clean up afterwards.

Our cookware is well loved and really needs to be replaced.

Over time our pots have become warped and the lids do not fit properly. The multi-purpose pasta pots will replace the old pots as students practice cooking skills. Our Jr. high students are learning how to measure effectively and new liquid measuring cups help with being accurate when baking and cooking. This will ensure they are properly preparing meals, which will benefit them in the future as they cook for themselves.
