Celebrate Black Teachers and Students

This project is part of the Black History Month celebration because it supports a Black teacher or a school where the majority of the students are Black.

My Project

Let’s build something! Students do a lot of building in my class, and the building material they use will determine the type of adhesive they will need. We go through a lot of tape, duct tape, and hot glue sticks, but we also need other types of tape and glue. Electrical tape will be used for wiring and circuitry. Students use a variety of tapes when they design and create wallets. The tape dispensers will allow me to put one on each table, making it easier when students build with paper. Hot Glue is a favorite when building with cardboard, so having extra glue guns and stands will mean less waiting time for gluing.

The materials asked for in this project will help students to build their creations successfully.
