My Project

I have a class of 20 bright and energetic 4 and 5-year-olds. They are just starting to learn how to read and write. I want to help create excitement about writing, by creating a post office dramatic play center.

I am asking for 2 mailboxes and 4 mail carrier costumes.

Having a post office dramatic play area will provide students with the opportunity to practice writing letters and numbers. They will get to write letters to different classmates in the classroom. Children learn best through play and they are more motivated to practice writing if it’s done in a fun interactive way. Help me get the class excited to read and write.
