My Project

Each year, Indiana librarians nominate books they believe Hoosier teens will love for the the Eliot Rosewater Award, honoring Hoosier native Kurt Vonnegut. The winner of the award is determined by Hoosier young adults who have read at least one of the books on the list.

Help my students participate in this exciting event by providing a set of the Rosie nominees for our classroom library!

My freshmen and sophomores spend 10 to 20 minutes each day reading books of their choice. Having a current, accessible, representative classroom library is vital to building a community of readers.
