My Project

I am the librarian at a Title I school with 70% high poverty rate. We have a diverse population as well. Many students do not have books at home and look forward to coming to the library each week to check out books.

These are sure winners! I know these books will fly off the shelves! These singers and athletes are some of the most popular stars our kids talk about. Help me add these books to our shelves and help our student read more biographies!

I added some crayons and colored pencils to give our students supplies so they can add skin tones to their drawings. A game of UNO is also on the list because the students voted this as their favorite game and they would love to play it after they check out books.
