Help me give my students new electric mixers and blenders for our cooking labs.

My Project

Thank you for considering our cooking class for your donation. Each class period has six groups of students that work together to use new cooking skills and kitchen knowledge in their kitchens to create delicious and attractive dishes that they eat and enjoy.

Our Foods class students love to create and eat new dishes.

We currently need a few more blenders and electric mixers so kitchens do not have to share and delay their cooking time. This semester we will be using the blenders for smoothies, crepes, pesto, salsa and hummus. We plan to use the electric mixers for various cookies, banana bread, scones, brownies, fruit pizza, focaccia, cheesecake, truffles, muffins and cupcakes.

The equipment will also be used by our after-school baking club to create various cookies, cupcakes, and treats.
