This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because
it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.
My Project
My students are amazing little humans. We work hard every day especially when it comes to learning to read and write. We already use a variety of tools to help us do this: dry erase cards, boards, cubes, squishies, pop-its, etc. These magnets will be used along side the other tools we have to increase student engagement for each of my students.
Sometimes, that thing that works best for students to achieve mastery in a concept is to use the knowledge in various ways using multiple tools.
These magnets will allow one more way for students to practice their letter recognition, recall, and working memory to build and read words.
