This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.

My Project

My students love to learn and read. We live in Laredo, Texas, a bilingual community and a lot of my students only speak Spanish when we start the school year in August. I want activities from Teachers Pay Teachers so my students can practice letters, sounds, sight words and basic English vocabulary.

With this gift card, I will buy digital Google slides to practice letters, sounds, and sight words and daily readers so my students can improve their English.

My goal is that everyone can speak and read English at the end of the school year.
