In just the past few weeks, I can already feel how much more connected and engaging our instruction has become.\r\n\r\nThe BEST part is that my students get to take over too! They absolutely love when it is their turn to grab the iPad and become the \"teacher.\" Their work appears right on our Smartboard as they explain their thinking, model reading skills, solve math problems, and demonstrate strategies for their classmates. One student pauses to help a friend sound out a difficult word. Another proudly reads a sentence aloud and immediately looks up with the biggest smile. A classmate responds with encouragement, and they continue reading together. These may seem like small moments, but to me, they are everything.
