Help me give my students STEM science activities and science kits to enhance their learning, understanding and creativity about how to keep our environment safe and avoid problems that could affect our climate.
This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because
it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.
My students need a 4 in 1 solar power & electric motor STEM kits, an electronic assembly solar powered toy kit, DIY educational engineering experiments for boys and girls, a build your own solar powered car STEM kit, an acid rain and the environment: acidity and plant growth kit, an oil spill project-based STEM kit, and an ocean science kit to develop different STEAM science projects in class.

The majority of my students come from a low socio-economic status where opportunities are limited. They attend a public elementary school in Florida which is a Title I school. A large population of our students are ESOL 1, so they are non- English or limited English speakers. These hands on tools will facilitate greater learning faster.
I love helping my students reach their full potential. My students are hardworking, energetic, eager to learn students. They are excited about every new topic I present to them. We learn lessons that go beyond standards; lessons that are useful for growth throughout life.
My goal designing this project is to strengthen, enhance and enrich students’ interest in science and STEAM in general. Our contemporary society is in great need of workers with a strong background in science. For that reason, I consider that it is crucial as a teacher to inspire lifelong engagement in science in young students’ lives.
These STEM Kits will help us plan and develop solutions to different scientific projects. They will encourage students to ask questions, think critically and become problem-solving individuals. It will provide interactive, hands-on learning opportunities in STEAM that will extend and enhance the traditional elementary science curriculum through a safe environment for expanding young students’ comfort with and mastery of the natural world around them.
