My Project

I have a class of 26 curious and capable 1st graders! This semester, my students have shown an interest in plants and growing. I am excited to support this discovery by providing them with seeds, soil, and the means to plant and observe growth in our classroom! These materials will support my students in discovering how a seed grows into a plant. Through reading the plant books, engaging in hands-on gardening, and observing plants in our classroom throughout the day, I will be able to provide rich and exciting experiences for my kids to help grow their understanding of plants.
