This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because
it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.
My Project
My students have been working incredibly hard this year! We now are facing the challenge of preparing for our MCAS standardized testing. To better meet the needs of my students and provide them with all of the tools and practice they need, we are finding ourselves in the need of ink to be able to print on demand and have all of the copies we need. Having a better supply of ink will allow the students to see the work right in front of them, which will help them better understand the material. It will also allow us to continue printing many of our new reading curriculum visuals in color.
My students will be much more engaged and ready to learn with having print-outs and colorful visuals right in front of them.
This will allow them to familiarize themselves with strategies needed for their test taking this year and in their future! This year has been a wonderful year so far and we are looking to finish strong!
