Let's Get Organized!

Help me give my students cubbies for a place in the classroom to hold their school supplies, personal items, and school work. Teaching kids to be better organized leads to better school performance and more time on task.

Celebrate Black Teachers and Students

This project is part of the Black History Month celebration because it supports a Black teacher or a school where the majority of the students are Black.

My Project

Students are able to spend more time learning when they can easily obtain needed learning materials throughout the day. Students spend more time on task during instruction when they are organized. Right now, the third grade students in my class each year have to keep completed and unfinished work alike in their desks leading to crumpled and ripped papers, lost assignments, and general disorganization. Having these cubbies will allow the students a place to keep all of their work.

There will be extra cubbies if both are purchased that I will use for extra copies of daily work and materials for students to easily access in case of an absence.

Just one more way to support their success.
