My Students
My second graders are incredible. They come to school eager to learn. They are always wanting to learn. My classroom is a busy place full of busy learners.
Students love to do activities in the classroom.
We are continually working and moving from center to center throughout the day.
Many of my students are from low-income families. Our school has free breakfast and lunch for each student. The school has a limited budget and doesn't have money for these classroom items.
My Project
We need to get organized. We do lots of work in our classroom. Students don't always finish their work in the given time. They need a place to keep their work so they can find it quickly and get back to work. It seems like we spend too much time looking for their papers to get back to work. By having these organizational tools, we will waste less time looking for our papers and centers. It will allow for everyone to have a place to keep their work.
I need a place to put my center work to keep it organized for the students.
We do lots of centers and those take up a lot of space in my classroom. I need a place to keep them stored and easily accessible for me to find and put out for the students to work on.
