My students are very determined students. They are eager to learn and come to class prepared every day. The student population is very diverse as we are located in NYC. We have students from all over the world.
We are a large public school with almost 4,000 students located in Queens, NY (NYC).
Our students are very motivated to do well but lack in funding. We are not a Title I school; therefore, we do not receive much extra funding.
My Project
In our high school, teachers will be moving from room to room for in-person instruction. Not all classrooms are equipped with functioning projectors. With a new utility cart, teachers will be able to move from room to room without losing valuable class time for instruction.
The utility cart will allow me to save time from re-setting up the projector for each classroom.
This will save valuable time from our lessons. Students will have more time for class discussion.
