My Project

The materials in this project will be used to support our school’s curriculum. In the curriculum there are many cooking activities that assist with math, language, literacy, and social skills. Unfortunately these items are not provided by the school and are purchased by the teachers in the classroom. The flour, oil, cream of tartar, and food coloring with be used to make playdoh. Students make playdough every week and really enjoy doing so. The baking soda and vinegar will be used for science experiments. A favorite in the classroom is always playing with shaving cream. With all these activities students are measuring, counting, learning letters/letter sounds, solving social problems, and so much more. Please help me provide my students with much needed MESSY PLAY! Thank you for the support. :)
