My Project

My students are amazing! They love to come to school and play with their classmates. We are working hard on playing with friends and turn taking. One way to explore this is by having a rich dramatic play area.

Dramatic play helps my students engage in imaginative play, use items to pretend, and interact with their peers.

By providing these opportunities to engage in pretend play together, they are starting to build relationships and think abstractly. They interact with peers which includes turn taking and reciprocal play with one another.
