Help me give my students live ladybugs, live butterfly larvae, and the nurseries to hold them, and we would also like some nonfiction STEM books for independent reading time.

My Students

I teach Kindergarten in a Florida public school. The children come to us prepared and eager to learn. This year I have 16 five and six-year-old​ students. I want to continue their desire to learn this year.

My students love to learn about everything, especially Science!

They get so excited when I tell them it is time for science and so do I! I like to see them learn through playing and having hands-on experiments. We appreciate any and all of your support for this project.

My Project

The Ladybug Amazing Bug Kit, and Painted Lady Butterfly Larvae Culture kits will allow the students the chance to see how these creatures live and grow for our living things science unit.

All of these fun activities will make learning more meaningful and engaging!

We will be able to feed them and then release them into our garden. The Butterfly Nursery will allow us to watch the butterflies up close and feed them in our classroom each day.

Our project will be used to enhance the students' learning in the area of Science. These are hands-on activities that the students will love while they are learning.
