Celebrate Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month

This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.

My Project

This project will be for both special education classrooms in our school. We would like to set up pedals under student desks so students can stay active while on task. It is hard for some students to stay still and this will give the opportunity for students to move and learn at the same time. This will help with classroom behaviors and scores. The yoga mats and velcro will help us secure the pedals under the desks so distractions will be kept to a minimum. The accordion stools will add another opportunity for differentiated seating for students not wanting to pedal.
