My Project

Our school will be participating in a Mental Health and Wellness Challenge throughout the month of March. The Bingo boards include activities such as get at least 8 hours of sleep, meditate, perform a random act of kindness, drink at least 8 ounces of water a day, play a card game in place of electronics. This project will help supply prizes for completing the entire Bingo Challenge. They will all focus on improving our mental or physical health. Each week teachers will be given a positive affirmation card to share with their class. Extra cards will be given to students throughout the month to boost their self esteem. The prizes will include things that will boost their mental or physical well being. Healthy treats, yoga mats with towels, books, and more!

Mental health is important at every stage of life, from childhood and adolescence through adulthood.

Mental health includes our emotional, psychological, and social well-being. It affects how we think, feel, and act. When teachers and students are feeling good mentally it improves the learning environment!

Thank you for helping our students improve their physical and mental well being! Each donation is very much appreciated.
