My Students

"Our class is special," whispered one of my students. "It is not just the best. It is special! That's all." he clarified.

Special is exactly who we are.

Our class is a self-contained special education class of 10 students ranging from grades 3 - 6. Every day is different from the one before. Each student is completely unique and adds something wonderful to the class.

The challenge has been helping my students realize their full potential. They are amazing in so many ways and are capable of great things. That is why, I have made a commitment to make our environment a place where creativity is not hindered and differences are not looked down upon. But a place where everything that makes them special is celebrated.

My Project

We are so lucky to have Chromebooks in our class but we do not have space to store them. The two Tech Tub Chromebook crates will help us keep organized and allow for students to access their computers more efficiently. Also, we will have enough space to charge all the Chromebooks at once and no one will have a dead Chromebook in the middle of class.

Chromebooks have been a great tool in the class but accessing them when you do not have the proper storage is a disaster!

With these storage crates, my students will be able to get to their Chromebooks quicker and therefore will have more time with these wonderful tools.
