I teach in a Title I school. Very often resources are very limited. All students at my school receive free lunch. The poverty level is high for families. However, my students come to school each day ready to learn. They know their purpose for coming to school.
The learning environment is safe and each child is treated as an individual and with respect.
My students take learning seriously but yet we make it fun and exciting. Each day is a new day for learning and endless learning possibilities.
My Project
My students have worked hard this school year. They have put forth a lot of effort in their studies, done what I have asked of them, and tried their very best. Now it's time to celebrate. Based on each student's academic profile, students was given the task of setting their goals in reading and math according to the data that was presented to them. They knew what they must do to reach their goals and they went to work to achieve them!
They are were excited for the opportunity to show what they have learned for this school year.
Now, it's time to celebrate their achievements. I would like to award my students for their achievements. We would like to have a small award ceremony in our classroom. The trophies and certificates will be awarded to the students during this time. Along with a trophy and a certificate, each student will be given an award medallion and an award pencil. The certificate holders will be used to keep the certificates nice and neat to take home and keep as a lasting memory. The treat bags will be used to place the trophy and pencil in so that award items can arrive home safely. Yes, my students have worked hard this school year. Please help me show my appreciation to them and help me celebrate their achievements. Let's celebrate my students Donor's Choose!
