Celebrate Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month

This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.

My Project

My Newcomer ESOL students are so amazing. I would like to be able to give them their traditional holiday in our classroom. Our school celebrates Cinco de Mayo every year! This celebration is huge for the community in which I work. Most of my students are Hispanic and we love to celebrate their culture. My students are always happy to celebrate their culture and family traditions in the classroom.

During this week, we would love to celebrate Cinco de Mayo with Cheetos, water, keychains, lollipops, stickers, decorations and more!

We will enjoy all of the Cinco de Mayo treats! Thank you for bringing Cinco de Mayo into my classroom. Your support means so much to us!
