Celebrate Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month

This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.

My Project

Our little angels deserve opportunities to flourish and understand their true feelings. They require guidance and support in learning how to identify and control their feelings therefore they require materials to help them develop those important skills. Social emotional skills are skills that we learn from an early age through proper guidance and support.

I often encounter classrooms that lack proper outlets to reinforce social emotional skills.

I would like to help establish cozy corners where students who are having difficulty exercising self-control or just need time to calm down. I would also use the materials to do small groups in the classrooms.
