Learning to read can be very hard for some students. As they enter second grade, the gap can be quite large and some students get discouraged because the books they can read don't look like everyone else's. This collection of books contains continuations of series that I have that are a beginning-level reader, but written in a chapter book format.
The books I have chosen will allow students to look like their peers while working on the skills that are necessary for their success.
I love having a whole series of books available to my students. This way, when a series sparks the interest of a reluctant reader, I have plenty to keep them busy! Help me show my students how reading can take them places!
