My Project

Smiling faces, stories from “when I was a kid”, the most amazing questions, and the love they have to give is what makes my students so special.

The ambition that thrives within my students from the time they enter the school doors each morning is unforeseen.

The books in this project will allow my students to chose books that interest them. From that point, they will read the book twice, fill out an accountability form, and take an Accelerated Reader Test to earn points to be featured on the morning announcements, win prizes, and most of all become lifelong readers.

This project will directly impact historically underfunded classrooms.
