Celebrate Black Teachers and Students

This project is part of the Black History Month celebration because it supports a Black teacher or a school where the majority of the students are Black.

My Project

We have started our photography club from the ground up this quarter. As we have been working through we realized we still need something! A Printer!

This portable color photo printer will allow the students to build a hardcopy portfolio that they can share with the community and their families.

They ask after every club meeting if they can show their parents or take their pictures home. For now, their portfolios are digital but many of the students keep their laptops at school. So there is a hinderness to them sharing their new skills and artwork with their loved ones.
