My Students

My second-grade​ class is full of curious and dynamic students. They come prepared every day to school to learn and grow. We have a strong classroom community. The students are respectful to each other and everyone. They are learning and embracing the power of the word yet and the idea that they can learn anything!

My class is made up of a mix of wonderful cultures, languages, socioeconomics, and learning styles.

The students thrive on being challenged daily. They are always looking for a new way to express themselves and show how they are learning and growing.

My Project

My school is doing a hybrid learning model this fall. This means some students are fully virtual, while others will do part virtual and part in person.

I have found it challenging to be heard by students clearly when using an online video chat by only using the computer audio.

The gaming headset provides clear audio for students virtual learning.

The voice amplifier will be helpful during in person teaching. Speaking through a mask and face shield will make it difficult for students to hear me and I will be straining my voice. This will help me be able to speak at a normal level and be heard in the classroom.
