My Students

Head Start is a non-profit organization that promotes the school readiness of children under the age of 5 from low-income families through education, health, social and other services.

My students come from various socioeconomic backgrounds.

They have an immense thirst for knowledge. However, with Early childhood comes the need to learn and explore the world around them in a safe way.

My Project

I am asking for assistance in providing a drying rack to aid in providing a neat and organized classroom for my kiddos to learn in. Having a safe place to lay their amazing works of art is important.

My students will be exploring, investigating, and participating in hands-on activities that will help them to experience real-life applications.

My hope is to supply my students with a drying rack to do these activities and to have a safe place to let them dry. They will learn so much through this type of activity that will strengthen not only their math, literacy, and cognitive skills, but also help boost their curiosity in their own local community. There is so much to learn just in their own backyards!
