Celebrating Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month
This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because
it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.
My Project
Every year I have noticed the number of absences students accumulate due to a cold, virus or other sicknesses. This is worrisome as the more time they miss out of school the wider their educational gap gets. With this project I am asking for essential cleaning supplies to be able to clean all 29 desks, chairs as well as small group tables before students' arrival in the morning and at mid-day.
I am asking for these donations to be able to comeback the germs and keep students' illnesses to a bare minimum; less illnesses will equal more time in the classroom being equipped with tools and strategies for a better tomorrow.
