Help me give my students a hands-on experience learning about places around the world. Learning about buildings and landmarks with sets like the LEGO Architecture Skylines: Tokyo is much more engaging than learning from a textbook.
This project is part of the Black History Month celebration because it supports a Black teacher or a school where the majority of the students are Black.
My Project
My students at a Title I STEAM school are very hands-on and visual. Learning about the history and places around the world through the textbook has been challenging. The opportunity to build and learn about significant locations and architecture around the world are a goal that the Lego sets can bring to reality.
My students love to build and enjoy the opportunity to use Legos or similar materials every time.
The sets are beyond the reach of the families at my school and would be greatly appreciated for use in the classroom.
