My Students

I teach Kindergarten in a Title I school in Knoxville, TN. In order to build these students into future leaders who can advocate for their own needs, I must first equip them with the successful tools to do so. My students love to move; they love options; they love to explore. My Kindergartners don't want to settle for the ordinary. Not only do my students need more, but they deserve more. Help me set these up for success!

My Project

Every childhood memory is filled with magical experiences that involve LEGOs. They have been around for forever.

These LEGO sets will allow my students to have hands-on learning experiences in class when we talk about different community members.

In addition, my students will be able to create their own unique communities within the classroom. I plan on allowing my students to take these LEGOs home to conduct experiments and further their learning. The story characters will boost character concepts when talking about perspectives in stories. Help my kindergartners have the best resources available. They deserve it!
